The QHP9 series cabinet air conditioner is a forced‑convection PTC heater with fan‑assisted cooling‑heating circulation. Three airflow‑channel frame sizes are available: □60 mm, □80 mm and □120 mm. Multi‑stage parallel PTC heating modules are built‑in; failure of a single module will not shut down the whole unit for improved reliability. Matched with ball‑bearing booster EC variable‑speed axial fans for high‑air‑volume internal cabinet air circulation, the chimney‑effect air duct optimises heat exchange performance, featuring high thermal efficiency, stable surface temperature and long service life.

Integrated with 120 °C auto‑reset overheat‑limit protection to avoid overheating hazards. Upgraded tool‑free push‑in spring terminals simplify wiring and maintenance. Wide‑range AC/DC dual‑use power input is supported. IP20 protection class meets safety requirements for inside‑cabinet deployment. Heating power and surface temperature can be customised. Two installation options are provided: surface screw mounting and 35 mm DIN‑rail mounting.

This series solves typical pain points of enclosed electrical cabinets: low‑temperature frost damage and high‑humidity condensation. It applies to indoor and light‑duty unattended outdoor cabinets such as PLC control cabinets, energy‑storage battery cabinets, power‑distribution terminal boxes, charging‑pile control cabinets and instrument cabinets. On‑off switching mode is required for temperature controllers; voltage regulation or PWM power modulation is forbidden. The unit shall be mounted vertically with hot‑air flowing upward and must not be covered to guarantee stable heating performance.
