Working Principle
Product Introduction:
Heat Exchanger
Heat exchangers are high-performance cooling devices, widely used in situations where sealed spaces require temperature reduction. They utilize a passage connected to the external environment and the centrifugal fans for internal and external circulation to generate air convection, thereby achieving heat transfer and cooling. The fan speed inside the heat exchanger is temperature-controlled and automatically adjusted according to a preset mode to maintain a constant cooling effect.
Heat exchangers are suitable for a variety of fields, including communication cabinets, industrial control cabinets, and outdoor cabinets for power and smart grids.
Working Principle
Product Introduction:
Air Conditioning
This air conditioning system uses compressor refrigeration technology, achieving efficient cooling through the coordinated operation of a series of precision components. The main components include the compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, indoor fan, outdoor fan, and heater. The compressor draws in low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator and compresses it into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which then undergoes heat exchange with the external air in the condenser and condenses into liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant, after being throttled by the expansion valve, evaporates in the evaporator, absorbing heat from the internal circulation air and producing cold air.
Air conditioning systems are widely used in communication cabinets, power control cabinets, industrial control cabinets, power cabinets, and energy storage cabinets, providing a suitable temperature environment for various equipment.
